Unit Sizes

  • Small Units: Ideal for personal items and small furniture.
  • Medium Units: Suitable for appliances, boxes, and medium-sized furniture.
  • Large Units: Perfect for vehicles, boats, and extensive inventory.

Access Hours

Our storage units are accessible seven days a week, from 6 AM to 10 PM. Extended access outside these hours can be arranged upon request.

Usage Terms

To ensure the safety and security of all clients, the following usage terms apply:

  • Prohibited Items: Dangerous materials, illegal substances, perishable goods, and flammable items are strictly forbidden.
  • Insurance: We recommend securing personal insurance for your stored items as Storage Merton is not liable for any damage or loss.
  • Maintenance: Clients are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and condition of their units.

Payment Terms

Our payment terms are designed to be straightforward and flexible:

  • Billing Cycle: Monthly billing with invoices sent on the first of each month.
  • Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms.
  • Late Fees: Payments not received within 10 days after the due date will incur a late fee of £25.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are available within 14 days of signing up, provided no services have been rendered.

Liabilities

Storage Merton strives to provide a safe environment for your belongings. However, we are not responsible for:

  • Loss or damage due to natural disasters.
  • Theft or vandalism beyond our control.
  • Incorrect storage practices by clients.

Clients are encouraged to invest in additional insurance for comprehensive coverage.

Clients may cancel their storage agreement at any time with a 30-day notice. To avoid unnecessary charges:

Should any disputes arise regarding these Terms and Conditions or the use of our services, clients are encouraged to contact our support team to seek a resolution. If an agreement cannot be reached, the matter will be handled through the standard legal process.

Termination

Storage Merton reserves the right to terminate a client’s storage agreement under the following circumstances:

  • Non-payment of fees.
  • Violation of prohibited items policy.
  • Any behavior deemed harmful to the facility or other clients.

Upon termination, clients must vacate the storage unit within 30 days to avoid further legal action.

Force Majeure

Storage Merton is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or other unforeseen events.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Storage Merton regarding the use of our storage services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.
